1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using uhmcars.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2) Who we are and what we do
The Site provides information about our vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair offerings and allows you to contact us or request a booking. We deliver services from our workshop and/or through pick‑up and delivery by arrangement.
3) Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
4) Website information only (not technical advice)
Content on the Site is for general information. It does not constitute technical advice or a repair recommendation for your specific vehicle. A qualified technician must inspect a vehicle before we confirm work, parts and pricing.
5) Quotes, bookings and payments

Enquiry & confirmation. Submitting a form or contacting us by WhatsApp/phone is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will confirm date/time and scope by message, email or job card.

Inspection first. Any prices shown or discussed online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection/diagnostics and your approval.

Changes & extras. If additional work or parts are required, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Payments. Payment terms will be provided on your invoice. We may request a deposit for special‑order parts.

Cancellations. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
6) Parts, warranties and disclaimers

We may use genuine OEM or high‑quality aftermarket parts as agreed with you. Manufacturer warranties on parts (if any) apply according to the manufacturer’s terms.

We take reasonable care and skill in delivering services. Except as required by law, we do not provide any additional warranties and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7) Communications and WhatsApp
The Site includes a WhatsApp contact button. If you click it, you will start a conversation with us on WhatsApp and your messages will be processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their policies. 8) User content; reviews and feedback
If you send us messages, images or reviews (“User Content”), you are responsible for that content and confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use and display your feedback or testimonials on the Site and our social pages, unless you ask us not to.

All vehicle brand names and logos (e.g., BMW, Toyota, Mercedes‑Benz) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by those manufacturers unless expressly stated.
